Making it to the Etsy Front Page

I have been on Etsy for about two years and finally made the front page on August 1st, thanks to the lovely treasury made by Fiona from Bellecardsandgifts. It was a wonderful thing, lots of views for my shop, but nothing magical happened nor did money fall from the sky in a windfall.

Since the moment I opened Bead Lovers Korner shop on etsy, I have been trying to figure out ways to improve traffic and get noticed. How to make the front page, how to become a featured seller, etc, etc. Increased views, in my thinking, meant increased sales and more income. Over this time period I have learned a lot more about how to take pictures that might possibly be selected for more treasuries, making front page chances higher, but more importantly that translate into sales!
